At Reinke Logistix, we believe excellence isn’t just expected – it’s taught, lived, and refined. The Reinke Driver Training Academy is the first of its kind in South Africa, designed to shape skilled, responsible, and professional drivers who embody The Reinke Experience.

Our Academy sets a new benchmark for the transport industry, offering a comprehensive five-day training programme for new drivers, as well as ongoing development for our existing team.

TRAINING THAT BUILDS ELITE DRIVERS

Each driver who enters the Reinke Academy is trained to the highest standards through a balance of classroom sessions and practical, on-road experience.

• Classroom Training – covering safety regulations, customer interface, professional conduct, and the Reinke code of excellence.

• Truck and Enroute Training – hands-on sessions in hooking, refrigeration management, tyre changes, truck cleanliness, and load checks.

• Road Skills & Safety – defensive driving techniques, emergency awareness, and best practices for long-haul safety.

• Customer Interaction – instilling professionalism, respect, and the confidence to represent the Reinke name at every stop.

Each trainee completes a skills test, a written exam, and a practical assessment to ensure they meet Reinke’s elite standard.

The Reinke Academy doesn’t end at induction. Every driver undergoes annual retraining to refresh their skills, reinforce road safety, and uphold the standards that define our fleet.
